Refund and Return Policy

At Castello 1935, each item is meticulously crafted to order in Italy by master artisans, using time-honored techniques and the finest materials. This level of bespoke craftsmanship ensures the uniqueness and integrity of every product, and as such, we maintain a strict No Returns, No Refunds policy.

Made-to-Order Policy
All products from Castello 1935 are made to order and custom-produced exclusively for each client. Due to the individualized nature of our production process, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
     

  • Incorrect sizing or specifications provided by the customer
     

  • Delays in delivery due to customs or international shipping
     

  • Perceived color or material differences due to monitor display variation
     

Order Cancellations
Once an order is confirmed and payment has been processed, it is considered final and non-cancellable. No modifications or cancellations can be made beyond 24 hours after purchase.

Defects or Damages
In the rare event that an item arrives with a manufacturing defect or has been damaged in transit, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing concierge@castello1935.com with detailed photographs and a description of the issue. We will assess the claim and, at our sole discretion, determine the appropriate course of action. Please note that wear, patina, or minor variations in tone, texture, or stitching are not considered defects and are part of the artisanal nature of our goods.

Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order with Castello 1935, you acknowledge and agree to this Non-Refundable Return Policy. It is the customer’s responsibility to review this policy prior to purchase. This policy does not affect any statutory rights that may apply under relevant consumer protection laws.
